Personalized Fitness Programming and Coaching
(Online via the Ever Fitt app)

For folks who have a solid foundation of strength training but want to take the guess work out of what they doing at the gym and when! Maybe you are training for a 1/2 marathon and are seeking strength training to augment your running program or you have unique needs for which a general group program doesnβt quite work for you, this fitness program is based on your goals, your current fitness levels, and access to equipment and space.
*There are no live sessions included in this service but you do have connection to me via our app with both text and video messaging. This option works very well for folks who need flexibility with their training schedule but desire a quality program and connection with a coach for feedback, cheerleading and/or form feedback!
Live 1:1 (Online and In Person) Fitness Sessions
$289 - $999 / Month
For some folks, being upfront and live with a coach is incredibly beneficial - if you are learning a new skill or want the extra layer of accountability of having an appointment with a coach to ensure you do the thing, live 1:1 sessions can be the βmagic sauceβ to reaching your specific goals.
Not only do you get 4-8 live sessions 1:1 with me each month, we follow a highly customized program to support you getting from A to B. These arenβt just randomized workouts!
1:1 coaching and programming is highly customized taking into consideration: your goals, your current activity level, your schedule, and you access to space and equipment (especially important if sessions are online!)
While the backbone of strength programming does follow evidence based practices of progressive overload and utilizing the βbig 6β movements (squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull, carry) no two customized programs are the same as they are designed and customized just for you!
Live Small Group Fitness Sessions (In Person)
$129 pp - $299 pp a Month
At my home gym in Lynn, Ma, I offer small group sessions (2-4 folks). If you love the atmosphere of a group fitness class and the support of other like minded individuals but dislike the strong diet influence found in many gyms and/or the crowds and waiting for equipment, grab a group of 1-3 friends with similar goals in mind and come lift together!
These sessions are similar to live 1:1 sessions as there is a program developed for you and your group (total of 2-4 folks) that we will follow and adapt as we get strong AF together!
Different from group fitness classes as these are not randomized bootcamp workouts, but workouts that are designed with your goals, current fitness level and unique movement needs (i.e.: injuries, sensory needs, energy levels) within the group experience!
*Ideally the group working together will have similar (not necessarily identical) current performance levels of fitness and similar goals as the program being followed will be designed to meet the needs of the collective, with exercise variations offered within the program and workouts.
1:1 Nutrition Coaching (Online)
$149 + / Month
Nutrition coaching with Michelle is not about eating the least amount possible to shrink ourselves but to be well fed and take up space! Nutrition coaching could focus on any and all of of these topics: how to fuel to progress with our workouts, stop the endless cycle of diets, feel in control and relaxed around food, learn to eat with mindfulness and discover what foods make us feel great and which donβt.
We focus on addition, not subtraction!
There are various levels of support from once a month consults to high touch daily interaction and checkins depending on what you need to be successful with reaching your goals! The best way to determine the service level you want/need is to schedule and 20 minute consult to chat!
One Time, 1:1 Consults (Online)
$59 for a Half Hour Session and Follow Up
Maybe you are all set with a program (or even following one I have written for you!) but have some questions about form for a movement or need support for meal planning in a 1 time situation.
These βone off consultsβ allow you to work with me in 30 minute sessions for quick resolution questions and coaching.
A written and/or video summary of the session with key take aways is also provided post session!
These consults are on zoom and can be recorded per your request as well.
Straight Up Strong (Online) Small Group Fitness Community for Women Over 40!
$79-129 a Month
Straight Up Strong was birthed in June of 2020 with my partner, Tina Tang. This is an online fitness community that blends high quality group strength programming with the energy of live small group training sessions!
Programming is 3 days a week, plus an optional HIIT style cardio workout, and workouts are 45 -60 minutes with warm up and cool down. The program is delivered via the True Coach app with an option for coaching in the app or a DIY option!
