  • I know I offer many different options and it can feel confusing at first to know what is going to be best for YOU to meet you where you are at and help you reach your goals. A 20 minute free consult with me is the best place to start so we can get to know one another a bit better and I can help guide you towards which service will be best for you.

  • This is very much a pervasive myth and one that I think was busted during the pannie.

    Online training can actually be THE secret sauce for many busy folks to access live training and coaching since it can remove the barrier of having to commute somewhere for an appointment.

    The same can be said for the programming option without the live sessions. If you are someone who has a very busy schedule that fluctuates a lot, it can be very challenging to make and keep regular, consistent appointments with your coach. Having access to me via text and video messaging in the app can be a game changer for folks who want coaching but whose schedules make it hard for β€œlive” sessions.

  • While I firmly believe at least months should be given to truly feel the impact of following a program and working with a coach, I understand that long term commitments, especially in these economic times can be scary, so, at this time, month to month commitments are available.

    Payments are set up on monthly auto subscriptions for simplicity and ease; however if you inform me by the 15th of the month that you would like to cancel the next month, then it will be done!

  • One of the best parts of customized programming, either 1:1 or with a small group with similar current activities and goals, is it can be designed to augment and support those other fitness activities!
