Are you looking to learn how to strength train with a qualified coach in an environment that is welcoming & supportive with programming and workouts that meet you where you are at?

Are you tired of restrictive diets and “lifestyles” that promise fast results but just leave you hungry and back at square 1, over and over again?

Are you tired of constantly dieting and suffering with long cardio sessions at the gym, but don’t know how to get started with anything else?

Are you confused and overwhelmed by all the condradictory fitness and wellness information on the internet and social media?

If you answered yes to any of the above, you’ve come to the right place!

I support folks getting strong(er), simplifying their food, embracing their bodies & thriving in all stages of life via size and weight inclusive strength training programs and a non-diet approach to nutrition.

I particularly love working with folks who are beginners to strength training and being witness to them lifting heavy things that they never thought was actually something they could do.

I work with folks worldwide online and in person in my garage gym in Lynn, Ma. I aim to create to a welcoming and inclusive space for all bodies and humans to be able to comfortably explore movement (mostly strength training with dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells). My fitness and nutrition spaces are LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma informed and size inclusive.
